The Client

Steadfast Solutions is a managed IT support company offering tailored consulting, managed services, Microsoft, cloud and security solutions. Over the years they have grown to represent one of the best service management companies.

With their experience, tailored, and client-specific services, they help businesses get the most out of their IT systems and increase their productivity. They service a range of industries including construction, real estate, professional services and not for profits (to name a few).

Challenges

Steadfast Solutions had outsourced their SEO, social media management and monthly newsletter to one of the industry’s oldest MSP marketing agencies. From the work, they were receiving a small number of inconsistent leads. They felt that if they continued this path, with sporadic communications about their marketing progress and questions left unanswered, it would lead to long term issues.
